Event Photography can provide an additional fundraising opportunity for your charitable event.

To help maximise your opportunity, following a detailed discussion about the nature of your event, we are generally happy to waive our attendance fee of £150.

So from a starting point of no cost to your event, we'll then pay a commission based on the following scale...

For 30 or more photographs we will pay 10% of our takings. Sales of 50, 100, 150, etc photographs will each attract an additional payment of £50.

Based on our typical 8"x6" event photographs provided in a contemporary black mount priced at £10 each when purchased at the event, our commission payments would be as follows...

If we sell 45 photographs we would pay a commission of £45.00
If we sell 55 photographs we would pay a commission of £55.00 plus £50.00 = £105.00
If we sell 105 photographs we would pay a commission of £105 plus £100.00 = £205.00

The key to the success of event photography - and therefore the opportunity that it presents for fundraising - is in marketing it to the people attending the event. We will provide you with pre-event marketing cards (to be included with tickets, etc) to help position the idea beforehand.

We work to encourage people to have their photographs taken during the event - and ask for the help of the event organiser and/or the MC of the event to assist with some gentle encouragement.
