Our Guarantee To You
Our guarantee to provide a range of beautiful images to meet with your requirements assumes that all family members and/or friends are present, willing and able to participate in the photography session.

In the event that the images that we present do not satisfy your requirements, our money back guarantee is limited to the photography session fee paid at the time of booking only.

Bookings, Payment and Cancellations
For our Wedding Photography services, a non-refundable booking fee of 20% of the Wedding Photography fee will be payable at the time of booking with the remainder being due 6 weeks before the wedding.

Payment for Baby, Family and Lifestyle Photography Session fees is required in full at the time of booking.

Should a customer wish to cancel a pre-booked Baby, Family or Lifestyle Photography Session, and alternative arrangements cannot be agreed, they will forfeit their fee.

All printed products are produced to order and as such cannot be returned for a refund - we will exceptionally provide a replacement product to the same value.
Special Offers

Special Offers cannot be mixed - where applicable only one Special Offer may be claimed per booking.

The 'Lifestyle Party Saver' offer is open to group bookings of three or more individual groups for portrait sessions to be undertaken in succession at the same location.

The 'Play the Loyalty Card' offer is open to all previous customers who have purchased a portrait photography service from Stour Valley Photography within the last two years. Discount applies to the Session fee only.

The 'Early Bird Wedding Offer' excludes our 'Mid-Week Wedding Photography' service and is available only for Wedding Photography services in 2009 that are booked and paid for, in full, on or before 31 December 2008.

The 'Kid Around' promotion featured in the Sept-Nov 2008 edition provides for a strut framed 10" version of any ready-to-hang products of 16" and larger purchased following a photography session - products smaller than 16" will be matched with an 8" strut framed version of the same image.

All advertised and offer prices assume that customers live and/or photographic sessions will be conducted within 10 miles of Colchester, Ipswich or Clacton. Greater distances will be covered, subject to our usual distance surcharges.

Other
Stour Valley Photography will retain Copyright for all images produced through our range of portrait services - all subjects (or their parents or guardians as appropriate) will be requested to sign a Release Form.

Tax Charges - All prices include VAT at the current rate.

Privacy - Stour Valley Photography Limited will not disclose customer's details to third parties.
