The Icing on the Cake!

Insurance, terms and conditions and a contingency plan - these are not necessarily things you'll think about before your wedding but let's put your mind at ease.

As a professional business we have both Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance in place.

As a professional business we also have a set of terms and conditions which we will ask you to sign when you book us for your wedding.  These are not just for our benefit and will ensure that you know where you stand in your dealings with us. You won't find much legal jargon but if there is something you don't understand then we will happily explain it.

Lastly, as a professional business we recognise the need for a contingency plan to cover unforseen circumstances.  We've never yet been unable to attend a wedding (or any other commission) due to ill health or injury, but like everyone else on the planet we are only human!  So although we've never needed to call on the services of a substitute photographer, not having a back-up plan would be unprofessional - so should the unthinkable happen, we are members of a networked group of professional photographers poised to help identify a substitute should the need arise.
